If there is an item you are interested in for a short period of time, say you are having a guest and need a pack n' play for a week, Still Hip rentals are perfect! We also offer foldable tables and chairs perfect for birthday parties for $15 per day. Rental prices vary depending on the item. Basically you will pay the full sale price for the item and when you return it you receive 50% of the purchased price in store credit or 30% in cash. Items can be rented up to 4 weeks. After 4 weeks you can bring the item back or if you want to hold it for another 4 weeks the amount of your return fee will be reduced by 15% and will continue to be reduced by 15% every 4 weeks. You can also rent items, such as a car seat, for a day rate. If you know you will need an item longer than 4 weeks please let us know and we can adjust the rental agreement accordingly. First call us to schedule a time to bring your items. When you bring your items in you will put them in a large blue Ikea bag and we will note the letter on the tag on the Ikea bag so we know which bag is yours. We'll get you store credit as soon as we look over everything, usually no more than 2 days. We do not look at items on the spot simply because there is usually only one person in the store at a time and we would hate to make you wait if we get phone calls or have to help a customer. Please limit your drop off to two bags, or what will fit into one Ikea size bag. Be sure all items are clean and free of stains and rips. Call ahead if you have large items for us because we might need them right away and you may not need an appointment if it is something we need.

We are looking for children's clothing from birth to size 16 and all sizes for maternity. Please make sure all your items are clean and free of stains and rips. We are looking for brands that are meant to last so they can be passed on again and again. If you have newborn clothes to 12 months size we are extremely picky. Think about how much great stuff you received when you had your baby, then just imagine how much we get! :) If something was a gift and it just wasn't your style, we may not want it either. We want you to shop here and don't want items that you wouldn't want to buy on our shelves.

Along with clothes, Still Hip accepts toys, books and gear in gently used to new condition. Feel free to call us before you come it to check if we are in need of the items you have. We wouldn't want you to lug that heavy pack n' play to the shop when we have a few in stock already. Please feel free to ask about other items you are not sure about because we often get special requests for unique items.

If there are items we are unable to sell for you, we can donate them directly to wearable collections or you can take them back with you. Unfortunately we have limited space and can only hold things for you to pick up for 7 days. Because of the amount of drop offs we get we don't keep track of exactly what We base the amount of credit we offer on a number of things; our need for an item, the quality of an item and the demand for certain items. We do not accept items that need to be tended to (cleaned or repaired). In general we offer 25-45% of what we think an item will sell for. The best part of our system is that you can use your credit as soon as you get it and we have a little less paperwork than consignment would call for.
